Decisive Finance publishes field notes, methodology documents, and engagement information for venture-backed tech companies between Series A and Series B. The site is informational. It is not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.
Engagements
If you book a call and enter an engagement with Decisive Finance, the engagement is governed by a separate, signed engagement letter that supersedes these terms for that relationship. The guarantees described on the guarantee page are honored only when they are restated in the engagement letter you sign.
No warranty
Content on the site is provided as-is. We make no warranty that any approach described here will produce a specific result for your company. Every engagement is scoped to the company in front of us.
Links to third parties
The site links to third-party tools (Calendly, Beehiiv). We are not responsible for their content or policies. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
